Productive Cycle
In fengshui, other than the Yin and yang energy. Most of the happening that affected out life will be base on the five basis elements of Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth. The inter-relationship of these five elements shape our life and also shape our well being.
There are basically three cycles that you will need to know when it comes to the relationship of these elements. The productive cycle, The weakening cycle and The controlling cycle.
What it mean as the productive cycle mean that in order for the continuity of energy flow, the elements are inter connected and are very much dependent of one another to ensure that constant growth are available. Thus it will seen as
Fire produce Earth
Earth produce Metal
Metal produce Water
Water produce Wood
Wood produce Water.
In general fengshui audit, we will investigate on any missing link between the elements and then use the audit to help further enhance the surrounding.
Simple example, when you are staying in a house that only consist of earth element, the direct productive element will be fire, thus, you will have to ensure that fire element are also present in the house so as to create / renew the earth element in the house.
However, fengshui is also about creating the balance in the surrounding, so with the fire in the house, we will have to control the spread of the fire, which will lead us to the controlling cycle.
We will discuss about the controlling cycle in the next posting.
Cheers
